I ordered the pretty please deluxe bouquet to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday last night. My daughter sent a picture of the bouquet around 1pm today saying they were beautiful and she loved it.

Enchanted Designs immediately stepped in to make things right after a mix up. Their customer service was outstanding, and the replacement arrangement was absolutely perfect—beautiful, fresh, and exactly what we had hoped for. We truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

I ordered the “Your Light Shines” premium Mother’s Day arrangement and unfortunately was pretty disappointed with what was delivered compared to the premium price point (around $200 before taxes/tip). The arrangement itself had a nice color palette and looked pretty from afar, but several of the roses already had browning and bruised petals upon arrival. For a premium Mother’s Day bouquet at this price point, I expected noticeably fresher flowers and a fuller arrangement overall. The delivered bouquet also looked significantly smaller and less lush than the advertised product photo online. I completely understand that flowers can vary and that Mother’s Day is a busy holiday, but for the amount paid, I expected higher quality and freshness than what we received. I’ve actually ordered from here before and had an issue on Valentine’s Day where my order was accidentally given away, causing an additional wait. To their credit, they took ownership of it and made it right at the time, which is why I decided to give them another chance for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, after this experience, it feels more like a recurring consistency issue than a one-time mistake. I’m not trying to bash

The picture of a beautiful arrangement with purple roses, eucalyptus and a fantastic vase is what I purchased. The picture of the small arrangement with 2 green roses, blue dyed water and a cheap vase is what my mother in law received. Almost $100. They didn’t even try to make it look similar. 10/10 do not recommend
